Grazing cuisine and speciality drinks are served till late at night in a small prosecco bar, grappa library, and salumi kitchen magnificently covered in black marble with amber veins. The jewel-box restaurant is centered by a fantastic walk-in wine cellar and a unique twist on the show kitchen concept: the cooking area is completely encircled by translucent golden mosaic panels, allowing customers to see only the shadows and movements of the chefs working behind it.

The bespoke wool carpet, which evokes splashes of coffee, Prosecco, olive oil, and exquisite Balsamico to commemorate the creative work of the bar and kitchen teams, is a distinctive amber color with black veins exclusively produced by the Blue Sky Hospitality design firm for this restaurant. The golden-black marble tables and black gloss tulip chairs with golden leather pads give a new perspective on retro-futuristic design classics that is both avant-garde and ageless.
