Oster Planetary Stand Mixer

The Oster Planetary FPSTSMPL1 is a smaller stand mixer than the others we tested, but it does an excellent job of mixing cookie dough and surpasses many larger mixers when it comes to kneading bread dough. We had great success kneading bread dough with this mixer's dough hook.

The attachments orbit while the bowl revolves in this mixer, allowing all of the attachments to touch nearly every region of the mixing bowl. As a result, there aren't any globs of flour or shortening adhered to the sides. A mixing paddle, a whisk, and a dough hook are among the usual accessories included with the Oster Planetary Stand Mixer. However, you won't be able to buy extra accessories for making pasta, which some mixers offer. The splash guard and handle on the 4.5-quart bowl are included, and the mixer features a delayed start feature.
