This club was conceived by Frank Vanderlip, a well-known member of the community, in collaboration with William Bell and George C. Thomas Jr. Todd Ekenrode, the golf course architect, has recently completed renovations to ensure the facility retains its high quality reputation.

The Palos Verdes Golf Club's clubhouse, which houses the venue's event spaces, is a designated historical building by the Palos Verdes Historical Society. The ballroom was renovated in 2019 and now provides a new, fresh area for your day's festivities. It has arched ceilings that are crisscrossed with dark oak beams and eye-catching chandeliers. Natural light floods the room through floor-to-ceiling windows, further illuminating the space. For receptions, custom bronze Chiavari chairs are given. Ceremonies can take place in the garden, which features a lovely wooden pergola and a plethora of colorful flowers. Altamira Tower, which has a private lounge and dressing area, is a great place to get ready for the day.
