Pampa Energia has an installed capacity of around 5,405 MW, accounting for 12% of Argentina's installed capacity. With the impending 167 MW additions, the company's total installed capacity will be 5,571 MW. Pampa co-controls Transener, a business with a 26.3% indirect share, and operates and maintains 86% of Argentina's high-voltage transmission grid, which covers 27,000 kilometers of lines.
Pampa Energia owns assets in the oil and gas sector, including both active and non-operating blocks. As of March 31, 2023, the total average production in Argentina was 57.6 thousand barrels of oil equivalent per day (91% gas), with operations in 11 production blocks and 812 production wells.
The midstream gas value chain comprises their 29.1% joint controlling ownership in TGS, the country's largest gas transit firm, which contains a 9,233 km gas pipeline and plant. NGL, General Cerri, with a yearly output capacity of one million tonnes. Finally, with a local market share of 94% to 100%, Pampa operates two highly sophisticated petrochemical factories producing styrene, Styrene Butadiene Rubber ('SBR'), and polystyrene.
