Pasta Life
Some of you might be curious about its names. Why does a company name its straws "Pasta Life"? The reason is quite simple, actually. It is because these straws resemble long strands of pasta.
These Pasta Life straws are prepared from a combination of rice and cassava powder. They are colored with natural ingredients such as beetroot, turmeric, and butterfly-pea flowers. Natalie Toren, a Strategist writer, first tasted them at popular Brooklyn eatery Popina a few years back. Then, she subsequently purchased a box to use at home in a variety of beverages, including hibiscus tea, iced coffee, and blueberry smoothies.
Natalie Toren asserts that each of these drinks tastes just as it should. "While they are not a perfect substitute for metal or the now-banned plastic equivalents," she argues, "they are far preferable to paper." Another reason why these products are much better than plastic is that they are totally biodegradable, which is good for our environment.
