Pie Junkie
Pie Junkie began as a friendship between two women who chose to use their baking skills after meeting at a Mother's Day out the program with their daughters. The bakery, which first opened its doors in 2013, has evolved to become one of the area's most popular pie shops, producing over 275 pies every week. They have roughly 20 different varieties of pies on their menu, including favorites like a baked fudge pie with chopped pecans and salted bourbon caramel, a macadamia key lime pie, a peach blueberry and lemon cream pie, and many more.
People Magazine, Vogue, Travel + Leisure, USA Today, Buzzfeed, and many other online publications have published Pie Junkie pies. Darcy and Leslie were also selected to represent Oklahoma at Google's Small Business Meet-Up in 2017 and have continued to work with Google on numerous local events since then. In their modest 1000-square-foot kitchen, Pie Junkie prepares and sells over 100,000 slices of pie and thousands of complete pies to consumers in and around Oklahoma.
