It's easy to locate the luggage trolley embedded in the wall. Take the tube to Kings Cross Underground Station and then to Kings Cross Rail Station, following the exit signs. Once inside the overground station, look for the large black departure boards that list all of the train departure times. Turn to the left when facing the boards, and you won't miss it. The Harry Potter shop is right next door. Time turners, horcruxes, and games, as well as Hogwarts school jumpers in house colors, are available in this shop, which is designed to look like Ollivander's wand emporium.
The trolley is open 24 hours a day, and you are not charged to take your own photographs. Every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., a professional photographer is on hand. Offering the service of photographing you with a scarf in your house colors, which is then displayed and sold inside the Harry Potter shop next door.
