Port-Salut
Considered one of the best beaches in Haiti, Port-Salut is a popular destination not only for tourists but also for Haitian locals. Located in the South-west of the country, it is a great place to visit with the many smaller beaches along this coast.
A good example is Pointe Sable beach, which has beautiful turquoise and white sand beaches. The sand here is nice and smooth, and there are some nice restaurant shacks here if you need to find something to eat (with some of the best seafood in the area also here).
Although it's still not very busy here, it seems that the area is slowly becoming a popular destination. More and more hotels and bars are being built along the Port-Salut area, meaning it's likely that there will soon be some great resorts to visit here.
It will take you about 5 hours by car to get here from the capital, which is one of the main reasons it's not so busy yet. But if you want some of the top secluded beaches that Haiti has to offer, then you can find several beyond the commune of Port-Salut.
