PSBC, or Postal Savings Bank of China Co., Ltd., is a commercial retail bank located in Beijing that was founded in 2007. It offers basic financial services, mostly to small and medium-sized businesses, as well as rural and low-income customers. PSBC has 39,798 branches spread over China as of 2017. It now has ¥1.5 billion in deposits and the second most branches, after the Agricultural Bank of China.
