Prairie Farms Dairy

Prairie Farms Dairy is a dairy cooperative that was started in Carlinville, Illinois, and is now located in Edwardsville, Illinois, a suburb of Greater St. Louis, 35 miles to the south. The mission of the organization is to produce high-quality consumer dairy products, meet customer expectations, give great patronage to farmer-owned cooperative members, and provide opportunities for growth and fulfillment throughout the Prairie Farms family.

Prairie Farms Dairy is another Midwest-based cooperative with nearly 700 farm families. They manufacture products under their own brand name as well as for other labels on a contract basis. Belfonte, Hiland Dairy, North Star, St. Pete's Select, Amablu, Caves of Faribault, Mindoro Blue, and Mindoro Gorg are just a few of the famous brands they've partnered with.
