Qunar/Qua

Super-cheap airfares are available on Qunar and Qua, its English-language website. Qunar provides excellent rates and deals for last-minute travel, but beware—changing tickets is a hassle. If your travel dates are already fixed, we would advise against using Qunar because their prices are frequently the highest.

In May 2005, the website was launched. For $306 million, Baidu purchased the majority of the business in 2011. The business floated its shares on the NASDAQ in November 2013. In exchange for a stake in Trip.com Group, Baidu sold its ownership of the business to Trip.com Group in October 2015. The website was purchased by Ocean Management Holdings Limited in February 2017 and went through a privatization process by being delisted from NASDAQ.
