Born on March 27, 1985, in Madras (now Chennai), India, Ram Charan is the son of megastar Chiranjeevi and Surekha Konidela. He is the youngest of three children. He made his acting debut as a child actor in his father's film "Chirutha Navvuthu" (1990).
