Reunited Worlds (2017)

Sung Hae-sung (Yeo Jin-goo) is a senior high school student. On Hae-sung's birthday, his girlfriend Jung Jung-won (Jung Chae-yeon) prepares a surprise party for him at his house. Jung-won begs him to go to their school and grab her wallet to keep Hae-sung away from the house while they prepare. He walks into a stunning scenario there. He gets killed by a vehicle while trying to obtain aid. 12 years later, Hae-sung awakens on the roof of his school building, where he meets Jung-won (Lee Yeon-hee) again. Han So-hee as Lee Seo-won (27 years old), is Sung Young-joon's girlfriend.

Despite the fact that Jung-won and Hae-sung were born in the same year, the two childhood friends are 12 years apart since they grew up in different places (worlds) for some unexplained reason. Jung-won is now 31 years old, while Hae-sung is still a 19-year-old lad. Hae-sung sets out to make things right for his family and discover the mysteries surrounding his death and resurrection with the help of his friends and Jung-won.
