Ring Smart Floodlight

Another option we highly recommend is the Ring Smart Floodlight. It combines two 2000 LED floodlights (adjustable for placement) with an integrated motion sensor. These are also white LEDs with a security focus that are excellent for lighting up your yard or driveway. They are designed to be wall installed and hardwired at 110V and 240V (compliant with normal electrical junction boxes) and do not have a garden mounting option.

These devices connect to Ring's smart security platform through a Ring bridge. While this is not the optimal solution on its own, it does allow the use of additional Ring smart exterior lighting solutions and Alexa management. If you're interested in developing a more complete security system, you can use the bridge to link the floodlight to Ring's connected webcams and other lights.

Similarly, you may like to link your camera system with your Ring Smart Floodlight, as Ring does with its Ring Floodlight Cam. It is basically the same thing as the standalone light, but with the addition of a high-definition WiFi security camera and motion sensor.
