F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG, also known as Roche, is a Swiss global healthcare corporation with two divisions: pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. The company's headquarters are in Basel. Roche is the world's largest pharmaceutical firm and the world's leading producer of cancer therapies.

Roche is one of the few corporations that raises its dividend every year, with 2020 marking the 34th consecutive year. The European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations has accepted F. Hoffmann-La Roche as a full member (EFPIA).

Roche's sales in fiscal 2020 were $63.94 billion.

Roche's best-selling drugs include the multiple sclerosis drug Ocrevus, the hemophilia drug Hemlibra and the cancer drugs Tecentriq and Perjeta.
