Rucalaf

Rucalaf is one of the top restaurants on Castro, Chiloe Island, and is widely recognized as an outstanding gem with exquisite cuisine. It comes highly recommended. The ceviche and merluza are just delicious. Aside from that, there are several meals to sample, like filet with potato/flour pancakes, curried veggie/garbanzos, pisco sour, murta sour, Carmenere red wine, tiramisu, and so on. Make every effort to reserve a table, since it is clearly very popular with both locals and tourists. The Rucalaf restaurant's design is also fantastic!
