Sanafir Island
Sanafir Island is a Saudi island located east of Tiran Island in the Tiran Straits. It is around 33 km2 in size and is near the mouth of the Tiran Straits, which connects the Gulf of Aqaba to the Red Sea. The island used to be governed by Egypt but has been under Saudi Arabian control since 2016.
