Spaghetti with tomato sauce, the dish that so many of us have come to associate with famous chef Scott Conant's eatery, has come to characterize it. It consists primarily of tomatoes and noodles, which you can easily prepare at home. However, it's also among the best renditions of it you'll ever have. The meal is a bit of an outlier on a menu that focuses more on rich foods like short rib agnolotti, ravioli stuffed with duck and foie gras, and Sicilian-style ceviche with lots of cream. The pomodoro pasta that you were brought is worth the trip to the far corner of the Fontainebleau on its own.

Popular Italian eatery run by award-winning chef Scott Conant is still a great place to get traditional, homemade fare like his grandmother used to make. Save room for beginnings like the velvety polenta with fricassee of truffled mushrooms instead of giving in to the temptation to dig into the bread basket overflowing with stuffed buns and pillowy focaccia. However, if you only choose one dish from the menu, make it the restaurant's signature tomato-basil pasta. It's presented in a tidy, slurp-worthy mound and is delightfully al dente. Oh, and the leftover bread you mentioned? Utilize it to absorb the final bit of tomato sauce.
