Septime La Cave
The hip younger sibling of Septime, which is widely regarded as one of the best contemporary French restaurants in Paris, if not all of France, La Cave is located just around the corner. A fantastic wine list, exquisite smoked meats on toast, and a welcoming atmosphere to enjoy it all in. Sounds like heaven, or perhaps the annex of Bertrand Grébaut's buzzing Michelin-starred restaurant Septime, which has grown in popularity since Beyoncé's highly publicized visit in 2013.
La Cave, the younger sister, is just as glamorous, but the costs are more reasonable. By the glass, a rotating selection of five whites and five reds (between €4.50 and €8) are available, including an extremely fruity Fleur Sauvage Jouret and a robust Hanami Bobinet. Bottles start at just €13 and can be taken away, but there is a corkage cost of €7 if you prefer to drink in.
