Shrimp Cocktail
A shrimp cocktail is an appetizer with large cooked shrimp or prawns served with a tomato-based zesty cocktail dipping sauce. It is frequently offered frozen or refrigerated in supermarkets and packaged as a "shrimp ring". It only takes a few minutes to make this homemade shrimp cocktail, yet it tastes just as good as the kind you'd get at a high-end restaurant. Also, roasted shrimp are more flavorful than the boiled shrimp sold in supermarkets and you can’t beat a homemade cocktail sauce.

- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1⁄2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- Juice of 1⁄2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp sriracha or other hot sauce
