Son Ye-jin

Son Ye Jin is a South Korean actress. She rose to prominence with the commercially successful The Classic and Summer Scent in 2003, which was followed by the commercially successful A Moment to Remember (2004) and April Snow (2005). Her early film roles earned her the title "Nation's First Love" in Korea.


Six Baeksang Arts Awards, four Grand Bell Awards, six Blue Dragon Film Awards, and one Asia Pacific Film Festival have been bestowed upon her. Throughout her career, Son has received a total of 50 awards and commendations, including 25 acting awards. She is also the youngest actress to have completed the "Grand Slam" of Korean film acting by receiving three major Korean film awards for Best Actress (Baeksang, Grand Bell, and Blue Dragon).


She has appeared in films such as Alone in Love (2006), My Wife Got Married (2008), The Pirates (2014), The Truth Beneath and The Last Princess (2016), and The Negotiation (2018). She's also appeared in the critically acclaimed TV dramas Personal Taste (2010), Something in the Rain (2018), and Crash Landing on You (2019–2020).
