St Edward's School
St Edward's School Oxford believes in educating its pupils in an international environment, where an understanding and celebration of different cultures is the norm. It therefore welcomes applications from international pupils in Years 9, 10 and 12.
Worldwide educational provision varies enormously from country to country, so St Edward's asks all prospective pupils to take a cognitive abilities test for screening purposes. This test measures ability over four areas: Non-Verbal, Verbal, Quantitative, and Spatial Reasoning. Those who are successful will be invited to attend formal entrance tests and an interview.
This careful admission proves its high quality. Besides the best professional teachers, this school also has a team of staff who are very dedicated to student's life. Its school campus is paid a lot of attention as well when thousands of parents and students compare it to a Hogwarts school in reality.
Pupils for whom English is not their first language, who have taken the Cambridge English Test / IELTS or equivalent, are asked to submit their test results to this school together with a recent school report. This will assist it in gauging their level of English before they submit a formal application to attend the School.
