St. John's-Kilmarnock School (SJK) has a long history, starting in 1972 in Elora, Ontario.

At SJK, students begin their educational journey with the IB Primary Years Programme, which is for students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6. This program focuses on hands-on learning and inquiry-based teaching to build a strong foundation.

From Grades 7 to 10, students continue with the IB Middle Years Programme, where they are encouraged to explore their interests and personalize their learning. In Grades 11 and 12, students undertake the challenging IB Diploma Programme, which prepares them for higher education.

Each program at SJK teaches essential skills for learning and life using the IB's unique approach. Character development is emphasized, and the school aims to nurture global citizens who can thrive in our changing world. Offering a continuum of IB programs sets SJK apart from other schools in southern Ontario.

SJK
is located on a beautiful 36-acre natural campus, close to Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge, and Guelph. The school is committed to academic excellence and engaging students in their learning. They believe that an integrated approach and a genuine love for learning are crucial in meeting students' needs and surpassing their expectations.
