It is the largest construction company in Austria and one of the largest construction companies in Europe. Current stakeholders are Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska's Cyprus based Rasperia Trading, Hans Peter Haselsteiner's holding company, the Raiffeisen-Holding Niederösterreich-Wien group and Raiffeisen Group and UNIQA Group.
