Svilar's Steakhouse, located in the small village of Hudson, is one of the state's most famous steakhouses. They're famed for offering the most delectable steaks in town, as well as delicious Yugoslavian ravioli and sarma to start each dinner.

In a state full with all-American chophouses, Svilar's is a family-owned establishment with unique decor and a Yugoslavian background that sets it apart. Mrs. Svilar established the restaurant over 75 years ago to provide food to Yugoslav workers working in adjacent mines. This pub, like many others in Wyoming, is famed for its outstanding, delectable, savory steaks. While a tiny cut of delicious steak is available here, there's no reason not to order a steak the size of your head. The legendary "dinner steak" is massive and easily fills the platter. The prime rib is so large that there isn't much room for dies. You'll be amazed at how easily it melts in your mouth.

Svilar's impresses in many areas than only steaks, of course! Their side dishes and other entrees are usually prepared to perfection and bursting with flavor, making your mouth swim.
