Table, Donkey, and Stick, a local restaurant in the skirts of Logan Square, serves seasonal meals and a unique assortment of beer, wine, and spirits celebrating the Alps' eating and drinking traditions. Chicago Magazine, Fodor's, and the Zagat guide have all named the restaurant one of the best new restaurants in the city, and the Guide Michelin has given it a Bib Gourmand.
The menu includes seasonal meals influenced by mountain cuisines from France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, and Slovenia. A changing assortment of charcuterie and artisan cheeses is available on the menu. House-made tonics, syrups, and shrubs, as well as complex fragrant liqueurs produced with mountain herbs and flowers from the Alps, are used to create seasonal specialty cocktails.
