Tad Moun Waterfall
Tad Moun Waterfall, 25 miles from Vientiane city, is open by a bicycle ride or tuk-tuk. The actual falls are more similar to gentle rapids - and they just exist in the blustery season - yet the entire region is prepared for delight, with covered cabins to recruit and merchants selling frozen yogurt and Beerlao brew. Just as a swimming region, you can utilize inflatables to ride the rapids, or kayak down the stream and back once more.
You can picnic near the falls in thatched huts that can be rented on an hourly basis for about 2 to 3 USD. You can relax or sunbathe on the bamboo benches, go swim or dive in the pools. There are options to rent Kayaks and bicycles to ride around the falls. You can also enjoy the nearby mountains and the views by hiking along the trails by the Mekong River.
