Named for the late, larger-than-life founder, restaurateur, and friend to the stars, Arthur J left a hospitality legacy that his sons and grandchildren proudly carry on through excellent service and high-quality meals. The Arthur J is a classic neighborhood steakhouse that uses a specially made wood-fired grill to cook all their cuts of beef. Talented grill master and head chef David LeFevre uses USDA Prime, Japanese 5A Wagyu, and Black Angus beef to create perfectly cooked steaks.
