Hobbs is one of the authors who may easily have had many entries on our list; her prolific writing is truly amazing. Her Farseer Trilogy has produced second and third trilogies, The Tawny Man Trilogy and Fitz And The Fool published years later - so if you like the characters in the Farseer Trilogy, you'll be glad to hear there's more to their narrative.

FitzChivalry Farseer is an assassin learning his profession in a kingdom where his uncle is fighting an adversary that converts his people into soulless zombie-like monsters in the Farseer Trilogy. Fans of these works like the characters and their complexity in particular – and the number of novels featuring Fitz demonstrates how well-liked he is.
