Awakening Your Essential Self (7 days), Finding Emotion Balance and Freedom (6 days), and The Yin and Yang Yoga Retreat are just a few of the programs that The Kamala provides (4 days). The most meditation exercises are included on the Yin and Yang Yoga retreat. It is a 12-student retreat that includes yoga practice, group activities, and quiet time throughout the day. Each day begins with a two-hour meditation. The goal at Kamalaya is to give visitors a seamless, limitless experience so they can go well beyond their time spent receiving treatment at the Wellness Centre.

Starting at USD 174 a night, you can upgrade to a villa with views of the ocean, the forest, and even a private swimming pool. The beachfront villas have beautiful views, but swimming in the ocean is prohibited. Each room comes with a welcome drink from the tropics and access to the pools, steam rooms, and yoga spaces.

There is delicious vegetarian food offered, as well as meat selections. The nearest 7-11 is a 20-minute walk away, so be sure to pack everything you'll need.
