A gift voucher or credit card is required to secure your reservation at The Lotus Day Spa and Salon. Any appointment must be cancelled with at least a 12-hour notice. Any cancellations made on the day of your appointment will be charged 60% of the total cost of your service. If you fail to show up for your appointment without calling to cancel, you will be charged in full.
