Tortuga Island Beach
La Tortuga Island, or the Turtle Island, has a rich history, but it is also incredibly remote - Tortuga is over 120 kilometers from Margarita Island. You can arrive at the beach by chartering a private plane or yacht.
The island's distance may be viewed in two ways. On the one hand, it is increasingly attracting tourists who want to relax in a peaceful location. On the other hand, this arrangement plays into the hands of the native flora, which has been nearly entirely untouched until now.
