Trout Tree Restaurant
Trout Tree Restaurant is a one-of-a-kind eatery in Kenya's Nanyuki district.
The tree is planned and constructed around a massive fig tree. The restaurant, which is located just below Mount Kenya and next to the Burguret River, offers the impression that the customers are dining in the middle of a lovely forest.
This restaurant serves the best char-grilled trout fish, which are caught directly from the ponds beneath the restaurant. Aside from their famous trout, they also provide Laikipia meat and a variety of vegetarian dishes. On weekends, the restaurant also light up a pizza oven and serve some of the best pizza around. The restaurant can seat up to 60 people and is home to three troupes of Colombian monkeys as well as various bird species.
