Ali Barbour's, located in a cave said to be between 120,000 and 180,000 years old, takes dining al fresco to a whole new level. (In severe weather, sliding coverings are pulled to form a temporary roof.)

Founded in the 1980s by George and Jackie Barbour and named after "Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves," the restaurant is meant to preserve the natural aspects of the cave, with only the kitchen and restrooms updated for modern usage.
