Ultraviolet Dinner
Ultraviolet was founded by Paul Pairet and earned three Michelin stars for its luxury and amazing food. It is a kind of modern restaurant where diners can enjoy the food in every sense. A dinner menu has 20 courses and serves 10 people per night.
Ultraviolet took the initiative to combine projection, light, flavor, and sound to transform a hall with only 10 seats into a virtual world, where appetizers are elevated to like a multi-sensory bold cinematic adventure. Besides the smartly decorated space, Ultraviolet also captivates all diners with its scrumptious food menu. First, you will enjoy a light salad, followed by seafood such as fresh oysters, caviar, lobster... and finally a variety of desserts. In particular, all are prepared directly by the famous French chef Paul Piret.
Each dish has all the elements of aesthetics, sound, and taste. For example, when you enjoy seafood, on the wall there will be images of waves crashing against the shore, and the room is filled with the taste of the sea and the whispering sound of the wind and waves. To have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the wonderful space at Ultraviolet, you will have to pay $948 USD for a dinner.
