University of Chicago (Booth)
The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (Chicago Booth or Booth) is the university's graduate business school. Chicago Booth, founded in 1898, is the second-oldest business school in the United States and is associated with nine Nobel laureates in economic sciences, more than any other business school in the world. The endowment at the school is the third-largest of any business school. The MBA program at Chicago Booth is ranked third in the United States by US News & World Report, first in the United States by Forbes, and first in the world by The Economist.
Full-time, part-time (evening and weekend), and executive MBA programs are available at Chicago Booth. The university is also a major educational center for future academics, with graduate programs offering A.M. and Ph.D. degrees in a variety of fields. Aside from graduate business programs, the school conducts research in finance, economics, quantitative marketing research, and accounting, among other areas.
