Vanessa Bryant & Kobe Bryant engagement ring

Vanessa Bryant received a $4 million ring from basketball star Kobe Bryant in 2003, which she wore with her wedding ring. Raffi custom-designed the 8-carat Vanessa Bryant & Kobe Bryant engagement ring, which incorporates a unique natural purple diamond.

Due to the basketball player's adultery, Vanessa Bryant filed for divorce in 2011. In 2013, the pair reconciled and remained together until Kobe's unexpected death in a helicopter accident in 2020.

Vanessa is renowned for being a very secretive person, therefore nothing is known about their relationship or the Raffi ring. Because the late basketball star was charged with rape just two weeks before purchasing the ring, it is sometimes referred to as an "apology ring."
