Varadero
Varadero is known for having some of Cuba's most gorgeous white-sand beaches. It includes a 20-kilometer stretch of Atlantic Ocean beach, and the Ecológica Varahicacos is located on the peninsula's eastern tip. Visit the preserve and trails with your partner to get a close look at nature. Nature and history enthusiasts will enjoy the old burial caverns and nature walks. Explore the Cuevas de Bellamar or participate in watersports. Go scuba diving, kite surfing, or simply relax on the beach with your partner while hugging. Surprise your spouse with a sunset catamaran trip and kiss over the ocean.
If you want to arrange a honeymoon in Cuba, Varadero is a terrific place to start. The enchantment of Villa Clara's northern cays begins with the journey: a 48-kilometer journey through a causeway surrounded by azure seas. The beaches here are of the white-sand variety, and the late Fidel Castro is said to have rated them as superior than Varadero's. Go to Cayo Las Brujas for a less priced, non-package experience, or splurge at one of Cayo Santa Mara's flashy hotels.
