Although Viking makes its appliances, they license their brand to Clipper Corporation which manufactures their cookware. Since 1994, Clipper Corporation has been supplying commercial kitchens with durable and high-performing cookware. Viking is one of their few consumer brands. With various awards and accolades from influential home and consumer voices such as “Good Housekeeping” and “House Beautiful”, Viking is firmly entrenched as a symbol of culinary prestige.

Like All-Clad, Viking constructs its cookware by bonding steel with conductive metals, and polished stainless steel, which results in quick and even heat distribution.
