What's On Top strives to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your haircut or color for any reason, please let them know within seven days of your visit and they will gladly correct the problem. There are no refunds available.
If you are dissatisfied with a retail purchase, they will accept a retail exchange for a full credit within 30 days of the initial purchase. There are no refunds available. Please be aware that by booking an appointment, you are agreeing to our service and retail policies.
