White Beach

White Beach is a term given to various beaches in the Philippines, but the one on Boracay Island is the one that gets the most attention, and deservedly so. Visitors are drawn to the peaceful, blue-water beach with white sand, but the natural cave formations that surround it provide a colorful backdrop. It is a popular beach for water activities and swimming due to its large shoreline. This beach is famous with kite surfers and photographers, who go to the raised rock that overlooks the island for the ideal sunset panorama.

White Beach is quite peaceful in the mornings and afternoons. If you prefer to have the beach to yourself, these are the best times to visit. In the afternoon, more people begin to arrive at the beach, and both residents and visitors begin to participate in sports.

A beachfront massage, private beach access on the expensive plantation at the Coast resort, or staying in your own bungalow at The Lind Boracay are the greatest ways to carve out some isolated moments while among the tourists. Make a point of visiting the town's modest boutique shops and walking the beach late at night, where candlelit sandcastles are common.
