William Neukom

William Horlick Noyck, known professionally as Bill Noyck, is another American attorney. Nate is best known as the former manager and partner of the owners of the San Francisco Giants baseball team. Bill is best known as President of the American Bar Association for 2007/2008 and most recently as Founder and CEO of the World Justice Project.
