It offers adverts for luxury consumer items and is sent to subscribers in major US areas as well as Europe and Asia. It covers art, fashion, entertainment, design, food, architecture, travel, and other topics. The Editor in Chief is Kristina O'Neill. The journal, which began as a quarterly in 2008, expanded to 12 editions per year in 2014.
