Yellow Pot
Yellow Pot is one of Singapore's most iconic modern Chinese restaurants, with locations in Tanjong Pagar's eclectic and award-winning Duxton Reserve hotel, as well as Little India's ever-eccentric Vagabond Club. Tanjong Pagar has been decorated in a striking palette of black, gold, and yellow, with large golden fans and a plethora of yellow pots of various shapes and sizes. Expect a flamboyant sea of red interiors and similar golden and red fans to tie the two locations together at the Vagabond Club.
Head Chef Sebastian Goh has created a menu centered on Yellow Pot's signature clean eating philosophy, with only the finest produce and ingredients making their way to your plate. The famous roast duck steals the show at Yellow Pot, marinated for two days in a fermented beancurd paste before being roasted over hickory wood until the meat is aromatic and tender.
