Yoshimura

A ghoul with an SSS rating, Yoshimura was the Anteiku café's manager. He loves both species, thus he attempts to assist ghouls who are unable to hunt or kill humans for themselves. At one point, he takes in and introduces human-ghoul hybrid Ken Kaneki to the ways of being a ghoul. He is also listed as one of the best elderly anime characters of all time.

The manager, an elderly gentleman of kindness and generosity, demonstrates his wisdom and reason even in the company of ghouls. The elderly man was one of the most terrifying ghouls in history, not simply the manager of a tiny coffee shop. Although he is not hesitant to use his power as the leader of his organization, Anteiku, his demands are often accepted by the organization's members. Yoshimura treats ghouls and humans equally, despite being an uncommon trait among the ghouls.

When Yoshimura was younger, he went by Kuzen, a ghoul who was so strong that he spent a lot of time alone. He detested being a ghoul since he didn't want to need to commit murder in order to live. Thank goodness, Yoshimura met Ukina, with whom he fell in love and fathered a child who was half human and half ghoul. He has subsequently made an effort to support people in leading tranquil lives. Yoshimura has given up killing since leaving V, but he still has a thorough understanding of how his previous crimes have harmed other people irreparably.
