Zayo Group Holdings, Inc., or Zayo Group, is a privately held firm with European headquarters in London, England.

Fiber and broadband connectivity, colocation, and cloud infrastructure are some of the services provided by the organization. Wireless carriers, national carriers, ISPs, corporations, and government organizations are among Zayo's key customer sectors.

From 2007 to 2014, Zayo Group grew mostly through acquisitions, acquiring over thirty firms, including AboveNet and 360networks. In 2014, an initial public offering (IPO) of stock raised $600 million. In May 2019, Zayo Group agreed to be acquired for $14.3 billion by global investment firms EQT Partners and Digital Colony Partners.
