Many anime fans associate the most famous action movie with Dragon Ball (de la go en borg), which started airing in 1984. Dragon Ball was originally created as a Weekly Shonen Jump manga by Akira Toriyama. The Dragon Ball series consists of several main parts and continues from 2015 with a new title, Dragon Ball Super (De La Go n ボ le 超). A well-known part is Dragon Ball Z (De La Go Nin Le Z), where the story continues after the main character, Son Goku, becomes an adult.
The story of Dragon Ball follows the life of Son Goku, a monkey-tailed boy loosely based on the traditional Chinese folk tale Journey to the West, from his life and adventures as a child all the way up to being a grandfather. Any battle scene is worth seeing, but I especially recommend Son Goku vs. Friza and Son Goku's son Son Gohan vs. Cell.
