Khalaktyrsky Beach is a beach on Kamchatka's eastern shore, not far from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. The beach's black volcanic sand is a standout feature.

This is a rare occurrence induced by the peninsula's frequent volcanic outbursts. On the slopes and in the surrounding areas, lava and slag flow and harden. Year after year, swift rivers originating in glaciers destroy the mineral-rich structure and take it into the ocean. Then, when each wave approaches the shore, the minute volcanic particles are carried away and remain on the beach. The black sand thickness has now reached 20 meters, and the Khalaktyrsky Beach coast has a length of more than 30 kilometers.

Locals and visitors alike flock to Khalaktyrsky Beach on weekends or during the week to stroll along the sand and listen to the screams of seagulls and rolling waves. You are still lured back to the waters of the early oceans, where the first species originated, millions of years later.
When you first approach the location, the energy of large water pervades you, you smell salty, and even the breeze has a distinct flavor.

A small fish is skirring in the depths. The water may be cooler and more turbid when a river pours into the sea, but visitors wander along the bed or use this approach to get to the beach from the city without taking public transportation.

Olympic Park is Russia's southernmost seashore. It stretches across 6 kilometers along pebble banks from Fisht Stadium to the state line. Following the 2014 Olympics, the bay underwent a transformation, with the addition of a stunning park, numerous sports facilities, hotels, and relaxation places.

The surrounding area is reminiscent of European resorts, with tidy lawns bordered with tiles and a shabby hotel complex beyond the beach. The water off the coast is crystal clear, as shown by the presence of groups of dolphins early in the morning. Moving along the river will necessitate the use of special footwear, as the pebbles are fairly huge. Special wooden lanes have been built out for convenience. The coast is rapidly becoming deeper, which will appeal to free-swimmers and snorkelers. Many services, including the public beach, are available for free. Laskovy Beach near the town of Solnechnoye is one of the best, most well-kept, and most comfortable beaches on the Gulf of Finland's shore. The beach stretches through a beautiful pine tree woodland, with a concrete embarkation nearby - a fantastic spot for wandering by the bay.

The coast is covered in fine light golden sand, and the seabed is equally sandy, with little shells strewn about. However, little stones can be found along the shore. The shallowest are towards the beach's southern edge, where the depth rises faster than elsewhere along the coast. Sharp coniferous needles and even cones are frequently found in the sand near the embankment.

There are certain notable qualities, among others:

• The water is so clean and transparent here that the sandy bottom can be seen even at a great distance from the coast, where it is already rather deep.
• The entrance to the sea is sloping, and it is not higher than the knee even a few meters from the coast. As a result, it is one of the best spots for a family holiday.
• The waters are quiet here, but there are considerable waves on windy days, which draw surfers and kites.
  

However, swimming on Laskovy Beach is not suggested (due to wastewater entering the bay), but it is not prohibited. As a result, during the summer, you'll witness a lot of holidaymakers, both on the beach and in the water. The most important thing is to stay inside the boundaries of the safe swimming area, which are marked by buoys.

The coast's biggest negative is overcrowding (especially in July and early August). In season, there are noisy crowds of vacationers, which you will not be able to avoid even if you come here on weekdays, because the hamlet attracts numerous people throughout the summer.

The coast is narrow in certain parts, with a 300-meter length where the beautiful limestone cliffs rise only 3 meters above the sea. This stretch of the shore is known as the "Dear Kamikaze" because the possibility of collapse is very great, and it is extremely dangerous to be placed here.
