  1. KAUAI is known as The Garden Isle, thus it stands to reason that the island is home to a variety of stunning gardens. The Na Aina Kai Botanical Gardens is not a cheap venue for a wedding, but it is extremely versatile.

Your caterer can make the food at a residence. As a result, this location is a good choice for the reception. Depending on your vision, either indoors or outdoors. Aside from beautiful gardens, this Na Aina Kai features waterfalls, meadows, forest, ocean beaches, and lagoons. It's a photographer's ideal location. This wonderful venue, located on the North Shore, is ideal for a memorable wedding with just the two of you or up to two hundred guests.

  2. The Big Island of HAWAII is famous for its volcanoes and beaches, as well as its gorgeous ranch property. The Puakea Ranch in Hawi, on the Kohala Coast, is the ideal location for a wedding on an actual restored plantation era ranch.

The ranch, which is surrounded by old lava rock walls, features antique guest cottages, large lawns, rolling green hills, ocean views, magnificent gardens, and giant trees.

The ranch includes friendly white horses and large old timey swings that are wonderfully distinctive to Puakea for something a little different in terms of photography. There are several little cottages on the property, so you may have your wedding celebration and honeymoon all in one location!

  3. MAUI offers resorts, churches, lavender fields, botanical gardens, and sandy beaches, but if you want to have your wedding and celebration on the water, there are various estates to consider. The Kukahiko Estate in Makena is one of my favorites. It has been in the family for decades, and it has a two-bedroom house and a wonderful kitchen for your caterer to use. The patio or lanai space can be used as a dance floor or for your event.

This place is exotic, and the view is breathtaking. You can exchange your vows on the rocky beach or the large grassy lawn, both with the ocean right there and other islands in the distance, without having to worry about sand going in the wrong places. If you opt to marry during whale season (mid-December to mid-April), you may be surprised by extra special guests appearing in your photos. Kukahiko Estates is ideal for a smaller wedding with an after-party in the same location.

  4. The Olowalu Plantation House is a stunning private property on the West Maui shoreline. It is only a few minutes' drive from Historic Lahaina Town, Ka'anapali, and a range of West Maui resorts and vacation homes. This is not just a magnificent and unique setting for a Maui wedding, but it is also maybe one of the most exclusive.

Olowalu has a complex history that includes ancient Hawaiian history, Maui's plantation heritage, and reef ecology. Indeed, Olowalu Reef was recently designated as Hawaii's first Mission Blue Hope Spot, recognizing it as one of the world's most significant reef systems. Olowalu Reef, known as Maui's "crown gem," is a 1,000-acre coral reef that is home to the greatest manta ray population in the United States and the oldest coral in the Hawaiian Islands.

The Olowalu Plantation House (constructed in 1922) is a stunning seaside Maui wedding venue that evokes a sense of Hawaii's history and Maui's plantation past with both historic structures and gorgeous surroundings. You'll find unobstructed vistas, carefully groomed grounds, and everything you need to host a wedding celebration of 50 to 200+ guests. This private Maui wedding site is available for reservations on a daily, half-day, or early evening basis.

  5. You should visit the Haiku Mill. This is an incredible historic site that dates back more than a century. The beautiful environment oozes old world charm from every nook and cranny. The ruins of an abandoned sugar mill were turned into a beautiful European-style courtyard with chandeliers and delightfully hand-selected French vintage décor.

This is another another venue where you can joyfully combine the wedding and reception for up to 120 seated guests and 150 cocktail visitors. There is also a beautiful tiny shabby chic house available for pre-ceremony preparations, adorned with a flare reminiscent of bygone days.

  6. By far the bulk of the state's population lives in OAHU, and most first-time visitors to Hawaii stay there. As a result, it stands to reason that the greatest number of wedding venues would also be present. This fact makes it difficult to determine which ones to recommend, but since we are not looking at resort venues, it narrows the field considerably.

First and foremost, who knew Oahu had ranches, let alone ranches that hold weddings? Yes, it is correct. There are various lovely ranches where couples can get married. The majority are 45 minutes from Waikiki.

The Dillingham Ranch on the north side of Mokuleia, near Haleiwa, is one example. Haleiwa is well-known for its surfing, shark cage diving, and skydiving.

    Dillingham Ranch
, a 19-acre oceanfront property that stretches to the ridge line adjacent to the Mokuleia Forest Reserve and the Waianae Mountains, provides vistas of Kaena Point as well as stunning views of the famous surfing beaches. This venue provides couples with a plethora of options for discreet and stunning nuptials as well as a tented reception.
