Harvard School of Dental Medicine Pre-Doctoral Teaching Clinic is a state-of-the-art dental facility dedicated to the oral health of its patients. Dental care is affordable because it is performed by student dentists under the guidance of a teacher. Management standards for pre-doctoral teaching practice can be found here. There are two options in the Learning Practices section.

3rd and 4th grade dental students provide assistance under the guidance of experienced teachers. Students perform both general dental procedures and specialized procedures. A dentist in a specialized training program can help. Students of this advanced degree prepare to become endodontics, periodontists, orthodontists, prosthodontists, and implant specialists. General dental care is provided by students in the General Practical Residency Program. The educational practice provides comprehensive support to the patient. All departments of dentistry such as oral medicine, oral hygiene, radiology, restorative dentistry, root canal treatment, periodontology, maxillofacial surgery, orthodontics are gathered in one place.
